إلتمس وكيل جمهورية لدى القطب الجزائي والمالي والاقتصادي بمحكمة سيدي أمحمد, اليوم الاثنين ,عقوبة 15 سنة حبسا نافذا وغرامة ب8 مليون دينار في حق الأمين العام السابق للاتحاد العام للعمال الجزائريين عبد المجيد سيدي السعيد، لمتابعته رفقة 3 من أبنائه بتهم ذات صلة بالفساد لاسيما تحريض موظفيين عمومين على استغلال النفوذ وتبيض أموال ناتجة عن الفساد وكذا الاستفادة من عقارات تابعة لتعاضدية عمال البترول .
كما التمس وكيل الجمهورية توقيع عقوبة 18 سنة حبسا نافذا في حق المتهم الفار امين سيدي السعيد مع إصدار أمر بإلقاء القبض الدولي في حقه وعقوبة 12 سنة حبسا نافذا في حق شقيقه جميل سيدي السعيد وعقوبة 10 سنوات حبسا نافذا في حق حنافي سيدي السعيد مع غرامة مالية ب8 مليون دينار في حق كل واحد من المتهمين الثلاثة.
وفي نفس القضية تم التماس عقوبة 5 سنوات وغرامة ب500 ألف دينار في حق الرئيس المدير العام السابق لشركة موبيليس احمد شودار , ونفس العقوبة والغرامة في حق المتهم حمادي خالد وهو موظف بشركة موبيليس الى جانب التماس عقوبة 3 سنوات حبسا نافذا في حق المتهم زايدي سيد احمد وهو اطار بنفس الشركة كما تم التماس 6 سنوات حبسا نافذا وغرامة ب500 ألف دينار في حق كل من المدير السابق لديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري لحسين داي رحايمية محمد, و عبد الرزاق حسبلاوي رئيس مجلس إدارة تعاضدية عمال الصناعات البترولية وكذا المتهم شنون حسين من نفس التعاضدية.
